Who we are

Play Parcel is a soft play event setup service based in Bury, Greater Manchester. You can contact us at enquiry@playparcel.uk or on 07565 531 890.

Information we may collect

When you enquire or book, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, event date, venue or postcode, package preferences, access information, payment and booking information, and other details you choose to give us that are relevant to the event.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, check availability, manage bookings, arrange delivery, setup and collection, communicate about the event, manage payments and keep appropriate business and financial records.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, accounting or business record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings will not be kept indefinitely without a reason.

Who we share information with

We do not sell customer information. We may use trusted service providers where needed to operate the business, for example email, payment, accounting or website services. Information will only be shared where necessary for the service or where required by law.

Marketing and photographs

Booking with Play Parcel does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive marketing. Where marketing consent is needed, it will be requested separately. We prefer to photograph completed equipment setups before guests arrive. We will not use identifiable photographs of children or guests for marketing without appropriate permission.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the Play Parcel website does not use advertising tracking or non-essential cookies. If analytics, advertising or other tracking is added later, this notice and any cookie controls will be updated.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information Play Parcel holds about you and request that inaccurate information is corrected. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to ask for information to be deleted or to object to certain uses of it.
